This Award will be won by an entrant delivering services such as, recruitment, software, finance, consumables, training, shop fittings or accessories. Our judging panel will be looking for evidence of how the provision of goods or services has helped boost business and differentiate practices. Entrants should demonstrate product innovation, excellent service and an understanding of their customers’ needs. This should be backed up by successful case studies and testimonials from satisfied customers.
